Plasticizer DOP, full name Dioctyl Phthalate, is an organic ester compound and a commonly used plasticizer.

Product Characteristics

Good overall performance: good compatibility with most of the synthetic resins and rubbers used in industry. It has the advantages of high plasticizing efficiency, low volatility, better low-temperature flexibility, resistance to water extraction, high electrical properties, good heat resistance and weather resistance.

Product Applications

• Plastics industry: It is a general-purpose plasticizer mainly used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride resin, which can be used in the manufacture of artificial leather, agricultural films, packaging materials, cables and so on. PVC plasticized with it can be used to produce insulation layer of wires and cables, PVC flooring, wall decorative materials and so on.
• Other industries: It can also be used in the processing of polymers such as chemical fiber resins, acetate resins, ABS resins and rubbers, and can also be used in the manufacture of paints, dyes, dispersants, and so on.
