Product Characteristics

• Good pigment dispersion: it has excellent pigment wettability and color spreading ability, which can help the pigment to disperse evenly during the grinding process of the color paste, and the color paste milled is colorful, highly concentrated and not easy to be precipitated, and it is easy to be made into a high-content pigment color paste.
• Excellent film-forming property: it can be used as the connecting material of water ink or solvent ink alone, with good film-forming property and the film formed has good performance.
• Strong adhesion: It has excellent adhesion on smooth surface and can be firmly adhered to a variety of substrates.
• Good printing suitability: good printing suitability, fast drying speed, suitable for high-speed printing, can give the prints good adaptability and gloss, so that the prints are fine and clear.
• Good miscibility: good miscibility with other water-based resins and acrylic emulsions, can be used together to meet different needs.
• Good water resistance: it has a certain degree of water resistance and can resist water erosion to a certain extent.

Product Applications

• Ink field: It is the grinding resin of high-grade water ink or solvent ink, can be used alone or with acrylic emulsion, suitable for gravure printing decorative paper, fireproof paper, plastic film and other water inks, and can also be used to make cigarette packet varnish to increase gloss.
• Coating field: it can be used in the production of synthetic emulsion, showing good compatibility and stability in emulsion polymerization.
• Other fields: it can be used in adhesive and other industries, and is an environmentally friendly acrylic resin.
