Licowax C P(C wax) is a polyamide wax with excellent properties.

Product Characteristics

• Good thermal stability: it has excellent thermal stability, low volatility makes it suitable for plastics with high processing temperature, and can maintain stable performance under high temperature processing conditions.
• Excellent lubricity: it is an external lubricant that does not affect the transparency in the engineering plastics industry, and it has superb external lubricity without affecting the luster of the products, and it can make the surface of the plastic products smooth.
• Anti-caking and good dispersibility: it can prevent PVC powder from caking, and is an effective dispersant in masterbatch applications, providing good dispersion properties for pigments, fillers and additives, as well as thermal and color stability.
• Wide range of applications: good compatibility with a wide range of polymers, such as PVC, polyolefin (PO), polystyrene (PS), etc. It is also suitable for engineering plastics, such as PBT, PA, PC, TPU, etc.
• High safety: Complies with food regulations in many countries, can be used in food contact applications, and has been certified by TÜV Austria for the OK composting industry.

Product Applications

• Plastics industry: as release agents and flow promoters for engineering plastics, as well as slip agents and anti-adhesion agents for polyolefins and PVC, especially for film applications, and for lubrication of wood-plastic composites and plastics.
• Masterbatch production: It is a dispersant in masterbatch applications, especially in masterbatch of engineering resins and PVC, and helps in uniform dispersion of additives such as pigments.
