Product Characteristics

• Scratch resistance: It has excellent scratch resistance, which can protect the surface of coated objects in various application scenarios, preventing scratches caused by friction and collision in daily use, and improving the aesthetics and service life of the product.
• Weatherability: It has good stability to ultraviolet rays, and can maintain its physical properties and appearance and color during long-term outdoor use, and is not easy to be degraded or discolored due to light exposure, which is suitable for outdoor paints and coatings with high requirements for weatherability.
• Solubility: soluble in a variety of organic solvents, such as toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, etc., and can be conveniently formulated into solutions of different concentrations to meet the needs of different construction processes and application scenarios.
• Leveling: It has good leveling property in the solution state, which can quickly spread into a uniform film during the coating process, reduce the appearance of flow marks and orange peel phenomenon, and improve the flatness and finish of the coating.

Product Applications

• Coating field: It is widely used in the preparation of all kinds of coatings, such as automotive coatings, architectural coatings, wood coatings, etc.. In automotive coatings, it can be used as the main film-forming substance for top coatings, providing good weather resistance, scratch resistance and gloss; in architectural coatings, it can be used for exterior wall coatings to protect buildings from the erosion of the external environment; and in wood coatings, it can give the surface of the wood good decorative and protective properties.
• Ink field: It is suitable for printing ink, especially for packaging ink and outdoor advertising ink which require high weather resistance and scratch resistance. It can make the ink dry quickly after printing, form the imprint with good abrasion resistance and gloss, and improve the quality and durability of printed materials.
• Plastic field: It can be used for surface coating of plastics to improve the scratch resistance, chemical resistance and aesthetics of plastics. For example, it can be applied on plastic products such as cell phone shells and home appliance shells to enhance their surface hardness and abrasion resistance, and at the same time give them rich colors and gloss.
