NAN YA Epoxy Resin NPES-904 is a medium molecular solid bisphenol A epoxy resin.

Product Characteristics

• Good overall performance: after curing with amino resin or phenol formaldehyde resin, it has excellent chemical resistance, hardness, flexibility and adhesion performance. After mixing with titanium dioxide, modaflow and dicyandiamide in powder system, it can obtain excellent flexibility, smooth surface and high gloss after baking at a high temperature above 200℃.
• Higher molecular weight: better impact strength and glass transition temperature when used in powder coatings, good fluidity and film formation during high temperature curing.

Product Applications

• Powder Coating: It is an important raw material for powder coating, which can provide the powder coating with good performance after curing, such as gloss, leveling, impact resistance, etc. It is widely used in powder coating in the fields of construction, industry and automobile.
• Epoxy coatings: can be used to prepare epoxy ester coatings, etc., can provide coatings with good performance, such as corrosion resistance, weather resistance, etc..
• Polyester Resin Synthesis: It is also used in polyester resin synthesis, which helps to improve the performance of polyester resin.
