Product Characteristics

• Efficient and long-lasting antistatic: it can significantly reduce the surface resistance of plastic products to 10⁸～10⁹Ω, effectively preventing the generation and accumulation of static electricity, and the antistatic effect is less affected by climate and other factors.
• Good compatibility with resin: it will not affect the processing and use performance of the products, and can be used in a variety of resins, such as polyolefin plastics, nylon, PVC, PS, ABS and so on.
• Strong hygroscopicity: it is especially suitable for the internal antistatic agent of polar plastics, in the case that it cannot be directly added to the polymer, it can be sprayed or impregnated on the surface of the products in the form of 1% aqueous solution.

Product Applications

• Manufacture of anti-static polymer materials: widely used in PE and PP films, sheets, containers, bags (boxes), mining double-anti-plastic mesh belts, as well as nylon shuttles and polypropylene fibers and other products.
• As a processing aid: It is also used as an external lubricant in PVC, PS and thermoplastic engineering plastics, with excellent mold release and improved flow properties, and is often used as a processing aid for high melting point thermoplastic engineering plastics.
