Product Characteristics
- Strong antioxidant properties: As a highly efficient hindered phenolic antioxidant, it can capture free radicals, interrupt free radical chain reactions, prevent oxidative degradation of polymers, and provide long-lasting thermal stability for the substrate.
- Good compatibility: good compatibility with most polymers, can be uniformly dispersed in the material, does not affect the physical and processing properties.
- Low volatility: small volatility, not easy to evaporate when processing at high temperatures, long-lasting.
- Good extraction resistance: good water extraction resistance, not easy to be extracted by water or other solvents, and can maintain stable antioxidant performance in different environments.
- High stability: stable nature, stable to light, not easy to change color, non-toxic, non-polluting.
Product Applications
Widely used in PC, PE, PP, PS, polyamide, polyformaldehyde, ABS resin, PVC, elastomer TPE/TPR/TPU and other synthetic rubbers and other polymer materials, also used to prevent grease and paint thermal oxygen aging, but also can be used in synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils, fats and other fields.
