Product Overview

BASF Heliogen Blue D7079 is a greenish blue transparent β-type copper phthalocyanine blue organic pigment.

Bright color: it can show bright and vivid blue color, adding excellent visual effect to the products.
High coloring power: only a small amount of pigment is needed to achieve high color saturation, which can effectively reduce costs.
Good temperature resistance: it can withstand high temperatures up to 280°C and performs stably in applications that require high-temperature processing.
Strong weathering resistance: excellent light resistance and weathering resistance, not easy to fade or change color after long-term use in outdoor environments, and the light resistance and weathering resistance level can reach 7 – 8.
Good dispersibility: it can be dispersed quickly and evenly in ink, paint, plastic and other media, which helps to improve production efficiency and product quality stability.
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: can be in contact with food, in line with the relevant environmental requirements, can be used in the field of higher requirements for environmental protection.

Plastic industry: It is suitable for coloring almost all plastics such as PVC, PVC cable, rubber, polyolefin, polystyrene, engineering plastics, etc. It can also be used for spinning dyeing of polypropylene, polyester, nylon 6 and polypropylene.
Ink industry: it is an ideal colorant for printing ink industry, recommended to be used in offset printing ink, solvent-based flexo/gravure ink and water-based flexo/gravure ink, etc.
