Product Characteristics

• High conductivity: can be in a relatively low amount of addition, endowed with rubber and plastic and other materials with good conductive properties, so that it is suitable for a variety of conductivity requirements of the occasion, such as power cables, electrostatic discharge (ESD) applications.
• Easily dispersed: good dispersibility, can be uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix, can enhance the smoothness of the surface of the material, while maintaining the mechanical properties of the polymer, helping to build a stable conductive network.
• High purity: Very low solvent extraction levels, sulfur content, ash levels and sieve residue, and high purity, which enables better performance in various applications and reduces the impact of impurities on product quality.
• UV resistance: excellent UV resistance, able to resist UV radiation, preventing plastic and other materials from aging and degradation due to long-term exposure to UV radiation, effectively extending the service life of the products.

Product Applications

• Plastics industry: by adding it to plastics, it can change the performance of plastics from insulation to conductive, anti-static or dissipative, commonly used in plastic trays, bags, injection molding and extrusion parts, etc., in order to meet the requirements of the electronics manufacturing industry, etc. for anti-static and conductive properties.
• Coating industry: can be used to prepare conductive coatings, antistatic coatings, etc., widely used in hospital flooring (flooring) and sheeting (sheet, plate), etc., in order to provide conductive or antistatic function.
• Rubber industry: for rubber applications that require high conductivity as well as good physical properties and rubber processing properties, such as conveyor and power transmission belts, printing rolls, hoses for mining, etc.
• Cable industry: Used in conductor shielding and insulation shielding of medium voltage power cables, it can effectively reduce the resistivity of cable plastics, reduce energy loss and improve transmission efficiency.
