Clariant PV Fast HGR (Pigment Yellow 191) is an economical reddish yellow azo-precipitated organic pigment.

Product Characteristics

• Outstanding stability: excellent thermal stability, can withstand high temperatures of 300 ℃, in the polycarbonate temperature resistance up to 330 ℃. At the same time, it has good light resistance and weather resistance, with a light resistance grade of 7 – 8, and the color is not easy to fade even when used outdoors for a long time. In addition, it also has excellent color bleeding resistance and migration resistance, and can maintain color stability in different media.
• Good environmental protection: Comply with EN71, REACH, ROHS and other international regulations, some products also meet the FDA, AP89-1, FPL and other related standards, can be used in food packaging and other areas with high environmental requirements.
• Easily dispersed: designed to be easily dispersed in thermoplastic materials, it can meet the application scenarios of fibers, film products and applications with strict requirements on dispersibility.

Product Applications

• Plastic industry: It is suitable for many kinds of plastic polymers, such as PO, PVC, rubber, PS, ABS, PBT, polyurethane, PP fiber, etc. It can be used in the fields of plastic blow molding, injection molding, plate, home appliance shells, chemical fibers, engineering plastic raw materials, pumping granules, dyeing and so on.
• Coating industry: it can be used for coating coloring, with good sunlight resistance and migration resistance, it can provide good color performance and durability for coatings, suitable for industrial coatings, decorative coatings and so on.
• Other fields: It can also be used for coloring of ink, rubber, etc., as well as coloring of synthetic fiber stock, etc.
