Product Characteristics

• Uniform particle size: the average particle size is 6.5μm, the particle size distribution is concentrated, and it can be evenly dispersed in different systems to play a stable role.
• Diversified performance: excellent anti-adhesion, anti-slip and scratch resistance; can increase the matting effect, so that the surface of the coating shows a soft luster; high water rejection, which can improve the waterproof performance of the coating; has no effect on the transparency of the polymer, which is suitable for materials with high requirements for transparency; good dispersion and lubrication in plastics applications.

Product Applications

• Coating industry: It is widely used in solvent-based and water-based coatings, such as wood paint, furniture paint, home appliance paint, etc. It can improve the sanding property of the coating, increase the sand resistance of the coating, and make the surface of the coating have a soft touch; in powder coating, it is an effective degassing agent, which can help to remove the gases on the porous surface, and at the same time, increase the hardness and adhesion resistance of the coating, so as to improve the quality and performance of the coating.
• Ink Industry: It can be used as a slip increasing agent in various printing ink systems, such as offset printing ink, gravure printing ink, etc. It can reduce the coefficient of friction of the ink, improve the abrasion and scratch resistance of the ink, make the surface of the printed matter smoother, and reduce the phenomenon of scuffing and peeling off of the ink.
• Plastic industry: It is a good dispersant for engineering polymers (such as PA, PC, PET, PBT, TPU, etc.), which can help pigments, fillers and other additives to disperse uniformly in plastics, and improve the appearance quality and performance stability of plastic products; at the same time, it can also provide a certain degree of lubrication, improve the processing performance of plastics, reduce the processing temperature, and improve the production efficiency.
