Product Characteristics

• Uniform particle size: the average particle size is 6μm, the particle size distribution is concentrated, it can be quickly and evenly dispersed in coatings, inks and other systems to ensure stable product performance.
• Excellent performance: combining the hardness of polyethylene and the lubricity of PTFE, it has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance, lubrication, anti-adhesion, can effectively reduce the coefficient of friction, and also has a certain effect of matting.

Product Applications

• Coating industry: It is suitable for industrial paints, can coatings, coil steel coatings, powder coatings and so on. It can improve the scratch resistance and smoothness of the coating, prevent the products from bonding with each other, prevent the hard metal from scratching, resist the pollution of dirt, and in powder coating, it can also increase the fluidity of the coating in the spraying device and conduit.
• Ink industry: It can improve the abrasion resistance and smoothness of ink, improve the quality and gloss of printed products, and reduce the scuffing and peeling off phenomenon of ink in the printing process.
