Product Characteristics

• Large specific surface area: the specific surface area is (200\pm25m^2/g), which gives it a strong surface adsorption capacity and large reactivity, and it can play a good role in various systems.
• Small particle size: the average primary particle size is 12nm, the particles are fine and homogeneous, which can be well dispersed in different media and provide uniform performance enhancement.
• High chemical stability: insoluble in water and acid, soluble only in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid, and does not decompose at high temperatures, shows chemical inertness to substrates and active ingredients and additives, and has good compatibility with a variety of substances.
• Diversified performance: as a fluid modifier and anti-settling agent with good effect, it can effectively prevent the active substance from settling and ensure the long-term stability of the product; it can be used as a thickening agent in the water suspension formula, and the temperature stability can be improved by using it alone or in combination with organic thickening agent.

Product Applications

• Food, health products, cosmetics: In food, it can be used as anti-caking agent and flow additive for powdered food such as seasoning, milk powder, etc., to prevent caking and improve fluidity; in cosmetics, it can be used to improve the dispersion and fluidity of powdered cosmetic products and increase the delicate feeling of the products, and it can be used as thickening and thixotropic agent for emulsions, creams and other products.
• Batteries: Used in batteries to improve the performance and stability of batteries, for example, in lithium batteries to help improve the dispersion of electrode materials and conductivity, to extend battery life.
• Coatings, paints, printing ink: it can improve the stability of pigment, prevent pigment from settling and flocculation, improve the dispersion of pigment, so that coatings and printing ink have better color uniformity and covering power; it can also be used as anti-sagging agent to prevent the paint from sagging during the construction process and improve the quality and appearance of the coating.
• Silicone Rubber: It is the reinforcing agent of HTV high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and RTV-2K two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which can effectively enhance the strength, hardness, abrasion resistance and other properties of the rubber, and improve the comprehensive performance and service life of silicone rubber.
• Adhesives and sealants: can improve the rheological properties of adhesives and sealants, increase their thixotropy, so that the glue is easy to operate when applying, while preventing the glue from flowing before curing, to improve bonding and sealing effect.
