Product Characteristics

• Strong hydrophobicity: It is obtained from hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 130 square meters/g by post-treatment with dimethyl dichlorosilane (DDS), which has strong hydrophobicity and can effectively resist water intrusion, and it can be used in products that need to be moisture-proof and water-proof.
• Good dispersibility: easy to disperse in a variety of systems, can be evenly distributed, can effectively thickening, anti-settling, help to improve product performance.
• Good rheology control: it can be used in the rheology control of complex liquid systems, can improve the waterproof, hydrophobic and thickening performance of the liquid system, and can also promote and maintain the flow of the powder and anti-caking.

Product Applications

• Silicone Rubber and Sealants: It is a hydrophobic product for thickening and reinforcing RTV-1K one-component silicone sealants, and can improve the storage performance of silicone sealants.
• Paints, coatings and inks: Used in coatings to resist settling, improve pigment stability and enhance corrosion protection; improves the hydrophobicity and rheology of offset printing inks.
• Adhesives: It helps to improve the thixotropy of adhesives, making application more convenient and bonding more secure.
