Product Characteristics

• Easily dispersed: after surface organic treatment, it can be quickly dispersed in the coating system, can be added at any stage of the production process, and can be well dispersed by high-speed disperser, and can remain stable for a long time after dispersed, and is not easy to re-agglomerate.
• Good matting: through the control of its particle size, particle size distribution and surface properties, it can provide excellent matting effect for coatings, which can effectively reduce the gloss of the coating and meet different matting needs.
• Increase slipperiness: It can make the coating surface feel delicate and smooth, enhance the surface texture of the coating, and perform well in the application of some coatings that have requirements for touch feeling.
• Good Suspension: It has especially good suspension, not easy to settle in the coating, and can effectively prevent the coating from delamination phenomenon, especially suitable for varnish and thick coating.

Product Applications

• Waterborne coatings: It can be well dispersed in waterborne system and effectively reduce the gloss of waterborne coatings without affecting other properties of the coatings, such as water resistance and scrub resistance.
• Two-component polyurethane coatings: It has excellent matting effect and compatibility in two-component polyurethane coatings, and can enhance the surface quality and performance of the coating.
• Wood lacquer: It can be used in wood lacquers to give a soft matte effect on the surface of wood, and at the same time increase the slipperiness of the wood surface to improve the handfeel and aesthetics of the wood.
• Transparent lacquer: Because of its good suspension and matting properties, it can be applied in transparent lacquer to realize ideal matting effect without affecting transparency.
• Baking coatings, self-drying coatings, UV coatings: it can play a stable matting role in these coatings with different drying methods, and can be adapted to various coating production processes and application scenarios.
