Product Characteristics

• High purity and low conductivity: with high purity and low conductivity, it is suitable for coating systems that are sensitive to purity and conductivity.
• Good matting and high transparency: it can provide efficient matting effect, and at the same time, it has very high transparency, which can make the coating realize matting effect while maintaining good clarity and translucency, especially suitable for transparent paints, varnishes and other coatings with high requirements for transparency.
• Easily dispersed: it is easy to be dispersed in the coating system and can be added at any stage of the production process. It can be quickly integrated with the coating system and can be dispersed alone or together with pigments and other additives to improve production efficiency.
• Strong chemical stability: formulations using this matting powder can enable the coating to obtain good resistance to chemicals (household types), with good chemical stability, able to withstand ultraviolet rays, chemical erosion, to adapt to the harsh outdoor environment.
• Improvement of storage stability: It can increase the fluidity and storage stability of powder coatings, preventing the coating from caking and settling during storage.

Product Applications

• Coating field: It is widely used in water-based coatings, two-component polyurethane coatings, wood coatings, transparent lacquers, varnishes, baking coatings, etc. It can effectively reduce the gloss of the coating and realize the ideal matte or semi-matte effect.
• Printing Ink: It can be used in printing ink to help obtain a matte effect without affecting the printing performance and color performance of the ink.
• Leather & Plastic: It can be used in PU/PVC artificial leather, plastic coatings, etc. It can provide matting effect while maintaining the transparency and other properties of the material.
