Product Characteristics

• Precise molecular weight: Synthesized by ethylene gas, it has precise molecular weight control and very high transparency and plasticity.
• Good dispersibility: it can improve the dispersibility of difficult-to-dispersed organic and inorganic pigments, and has excellent compatibility with various resins, and can be widely used in a variety of resin systems.
• Diversified performance: it can improve the gloss and film transparency of plastic products, enhance the plastic nucleation performance and shorten the injection cycle time; it has good lubrication and demolding property, which can improve the production efficiency and prolong the life of molds.

Product Applications

• Coating and printing ink industry: It can be used in solvent-based coatings, thermoforming and liquid solvent-based inks to reduce the coefficient of friction and improve the surface properties such as scuffing resistance and abrasion resistance of coatings and printings.
• Plastics industry: it is an excellent dispersant for color masterbatches, which can make the pigments better dispersed in the plastic matrix; in PVC processing, it can improve the external lubrication and demoulding of the products, and also increase the extrusion rate, reduce the energy consumption of processing, and improve the surface luster of the products.
• Candle industry: It is widely used in craft candles, which can increase the hardness of candles, raise the melting point, eliminate black smoke, prevent tears, and also improve the burning efficiency and prolong the burning time.
