Honeywell Polyethylene Wax Wax Powder A-C 6 is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer in granular form.

Product Characteristics

• Good lubrication: Relatively high molecular weight makes it achieve good lubrication effect in PVC processing without migration and good anti-separation performance.
• Good compatibility: The unique oxidized structure makes it compatible with PVC, which can promote plasticization and balance the internal and external lubrication of PVC.
• Strong dispersibility: it can improve the dispersibility of difficult-to-dispersible pigments (organic and inorganic pigments) in polyolefin, and then improve the coloring strength of pigments.
• Excellent thermal stability: melting and softening points are higher than those of natural waxes and other synthetic waxes, and it has good heat resistance and thermal stability.

Product Applications

• Plastic industry: It is an excellent lubricant for PVC processing, widely used in PE, PVC cable, PVC profile, sheet, pipe and other products, which can improve processing performance and gloss of products.
• Coating and printing ink industry: it can be used as rheology additives in solvent-based coatings, and in printing ink, it can reduce the coefficient of friction, improve the surface properties such as scuffing resistance and abrasion resistance, and enhance the slipperiness.
• Other fields: it can be emulsified under normal pressure and used in water-based applications, such as textiles, lubricants, etc. It can also be used as a pigment dispersant in masterbatches and a metal release agent in PVC.
