Product Characteristics

• Fine particle size: It is a micronized iron oxide yellow pigment with a finer particle size compared to non-micronized yellows.
• Good dispersibility: Intensively milled during the manufacturing process, it has excellent dispersibility, which significantly reduces agglomeration and dispersing time. It can be quickly incorporated in coatings and other applications, helping to ensure product uniformity and consistency during construction.
• Low oil absorption: oil absorption is significantly reduced, a characteristic that allows it to be incorporated in higher additions without affecting viscosity, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of pigment use in production.
• Strong stability: it has good light resistance up to grade 8; weather resistance is also excellent, it can be exposed in outdoor environment for a long time without obvious color fading or deterioration, and the weather resistance can reach 8-10 years. Meanwhile, it has certain resistance to acid and alkali and other chemical substances, and has good chemical resistance.
• Appearance and color: Appearance is yellow granular powder, showing reddish yellow.
• Temperature resistance: it can withstand high temperature of 200℃.
