LILENS Vinyl 430 is a high performance bisphenol A epoxy vinyl resin.
Product Characteristics
- Good mechanical properties: tensile strength up to 88MPa, tensile modulus of 3600MPa, elongation at break is 6.1%, with high strength and toughness, can withstand large external forces and impact.
- Excellent corrosion resistance: good resistance to acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent corrosion, can maintain stability in a variety of harsh chemical environments.
- Excellent heat resistance: heat distortion temperature of 105 ℃, glass transition temperature of 130 ℃, can be used for a long time at higher temperatures, and can withstand certain temperature fluctuations and thermal shock.
- Good processing performance: the viscosity is 470mPa・s, which belongs to the medium viscosity, easy to operate, and can be used in a variety of FRP molding processes such as hand-layup, winding, pultrusion, casting, RTM, etc., and has good infiltration and adhesion with reinforcing materials such as glass fibers and carbon fibers.
- Food-grade safety certification: It has passed the official certification of many countries, suitable for contact with food and drinking water, and can be used in the production of equipment and containers related to food and drinking water.

- Chemical Corrosion Protection Field:
