Baling Petrochemical Epoxy Resin E44 is a commonly used bisphenol A epoxy resin with a variety of excellent properties and a wide range of applications.

Product Characteristics

• Strong adhesion: The molecular structure contains hydroxyl and ether bonds, which will further generate new -OH and -O – during the curing process, making the cured product cohesive, and it has excellent adhesion to a variety of materials, such as metal, ceramics, wood, cement and plastics.
• Convenient curing: can be used at room temperature with a variety of curing agents, such as aliphatic polyamines, polyamides, alicyclic amines and a variety of modified amines.
• Good stability: good fluidity, easy to mix with auxiliary materials, easy molding and processing. Good dimensional stability after curing, shrinkage rate of less than 2%, is the smaller shrinkage rate of thermosetting resins. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 6 – 10.5%, and it has good electrical insulation properties, mechanical properties and chemical stability.
• Good solubility: soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone and other organic solvents.

Product Applications

• Coating field: It can be used in automobile chassis primer, parts paint, tanker inner wall paint; food tank inner and outer wall paint, storage tank inner and outer wall anti-corrosion paint, pressure tank anti-corrosion paint; equipment, pipeline anti-corrosion paint, refrigerator, washing machine outer layer paint, electrical equipment insulation paint and so on.
• Composite material field: It is widely used in the production of automobile FRP car shells, floors, tank cars, as well as FRP oxygen cylinders, storage tanks, containers, pipelines, etc. in factory equipments, and it can also be used in the production of insulating materials, such as copper-cladding plates, FRP plates, tubes and rods.
• Adhesive field: can be used for the manufacture of room temperature fast curing toughness epoxy resin binder, conductive adhesive, room temperature curing static flocking adhesive and many other adhesives.
