Product Characteristics

• Performance Characteristics: It has excellent scratch resistance and can give the material good abrasion resistance. At the same time, it has high water repellency and excellent anti-settling properties, and also has excellent dispersing properties for difficult-to-dispersed polyethylene-based pigment masterbatch.

Product Applications

• Printing Ink: It can provide excellent surface properties such as anti-abrasion, anti-scratch, anti-adhesion and increased slipperiness for the ink, avoiding paper friction and abrasion of the ink surface during high-speed printing, and eliminating the phenomenon of the ink film falling off the rollers, and it is widely used in solvent-based flatbed, gravure plate and adhesive sheet surface printing and laminating printing inks.
• Paints and coatings: Used as surface performance improver and matting agent, it can improve the matting performance and sanding performance of paints.
• Plastic additives: as a lubricant, especially for demanding pigment masterbatches, it can improve the dispersion effect and stability of pigments.
• Powder Coating: It can increase the output in extrusion process, improve the flow property of powder, improve the slip property of cured powder coating, and improve the abrasion resistance of coating.
