Product Characteristics

• High melting point: the softening point is between 100-105℃, it has high heat resistance, it can maintain stable physical properties under high temperature environment, it can meet some application scenarios with high heat resistance requirements.
• Low viscosity: the viscosity is 5-10cps at 140℃, the low viscosity makes it have good fluidity during processing, which can better play the role of lubrication and improve production efficiency.
• Good hardness: a certain degree of hardness, which helps to enhance the wear resistance of the product, in some applications that require wear-resistant performance.
• Low volatility: characterized by low volatility, it can reduce volatility loss in the process of use, maintain the stability of product performance, and is also conducive to environmental protection and operator health.

Product Applications

• Textile processing: it can be used in the finishing process of textiles, which can improve the softness, gloss and abrasion resistance of textiles, and at the same time, it can also give textiles a certain waterproof performance and improve the feel and appearance quality of textiles.
• Rubber industry: as a rubber processing auxiliary, it can improve the processing performance of rubber, such as improving the fluidity of rubber, reducing the torque during mixing, improving the dispersion rate of fillers, etc. It can also enhance the physical properties of rubber products, such as hardness and abrasion resistance.
• Plastic Processing: It is widely used in the plastic processing industry, such as injection molding, extrusion and granulation processes. In the production of masterbatches and modified plastics, it helps dispersion of fillers, provides excellent slip, significantly improves the surface gloss of products, and adds 40%-50% less than ordinary PE wax.
• Hot melt adhesives: It is an ideal synthetic wax for EVA-based hot melt adhesives, improves heat resistance and fast drying of the adhesive, helps to enhance the wetting degree of the hot melt adhesive on the bonding surface, and improves the bonding effect.
• Inks and Coatings: When added to inks and coatings, it can improve their fluidity, gloss and abrasion resistance, enhance the quality of inks and coatings and make them smoother in the printing and coating process, as well as enhance the durability of coatings.
