Product Characteristics

• High melting point: the melting point of the drop is about 96℃, and the softening point is 95.1℃, the higher melting point makes it have good heat resistance, and it can maintain stable physical properties under higher temperature environment.
• Low viscosity: the viscosity is 7.46mm²/s at 100℃, the low viscosity makes it have good fluidity during processing, which can better play the role of lubrication and improve the production efficiency.
• High crystallinity: molecular weight is much lower than common paraffin, less branched chain, high crystallinity, easy to penetrate into the high viscosity macromolecular chain, can significantly reduce the melt viscosity, in the process of migration is small, the later lubrication effect is obvious.
• Good oxidation resistance: straight-chain alkane, does not contain double bonds, strong oxidation resistance, good weather resistance, can maintain stable performance in different environmental conditions.

Product Applications

• Plastic Processing: In the production of masterbatches and modified plastics, it can help dispersing fillers when mixing, and can significantly improve the surface gloss of the products, and it is 40%-50% less than the amount of ordinary PE wax added. Meanwhile, it is also widely used in plastic processing industries such as injection molding, extrusion and pelletizing, which can reduce the torque of screw, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.
• Hot melt adhesives: It is an ideal synthetic wax for EVA-based hot melt adhesives. Its high melting point improves the heat resistance and fast drying of the adhesive, which helps to enhance the wetting degree of the hot melt adhesive on the bonding surface and improve the bonding effect.
• Inks and coatings: added to powder coating resins, it plays a lubricating role in the extrusion process, reduces screw torque, reduces energy consumption and improves production efficiency. It can also improve the fluidity, gloss and abrasion resistance of ink and coating, and improve product quality.
• Rubber industry: It can be used as rubber processing aids to improve the dispersion rate of the filler and extrusion molding rate, so that the demolding is more convenient. In addition, it can also be used as a component of rubber protective wax to improve the service life and performance of products.
• Candle manufacturing: Due to its low oil content, good solubility and other characteristics, it can improve the performance of candles, such as improving the hardness, gloss, mold release, etc., make the candle burning more stable, reduce the generation of black smoke.
