Itaipec Fischer-Tropsch Wax YT-70 Pellets is a synthetic wax with excellent properties.

Product Characteristics

• High melting point: the melting point is about 70℃, it has high heat resistance, and can keep stable physical state under high temperature.
• Low viscosity: the viscosity is 5-10cps at 140℃, low viscosity makes it play a better role in lubrication during processing, which can improve the production speed and fluidity of the product.
• Good hardness: It has good hardness, which helps to enhance the wear resistance of the product.
• High crystallinity: its molecular weight is much lower than ordinary paraffin, less branched chain, high crystallinity, easy to penetrate into the high viscosity macromolecular chain, can significantly reduce the melt viscosity.

Product Applications

• Hot melt adhesives: Ideal synthetic wax for EVA based hot melt adhesives, it improves heat resistance and fast drying of the adhesive and helps to enhance the wetting of the hot melt adhesive on the bonding surface.
• Plastics processing: In the production of masterbatches and modified plastics, it facilitates the dispersion of fillers during compounding, provides excellent slip and adds 40-50% less wax than ordinary PE waxes, and significantly improves the surface gloss of products. It can also be used in injection molding, extrusion and pelletizing and other plastic processing industries.
• Rubber industry: It can be used as rubber processing aids to improve the dispersion rate of fillers and extrusion molding rate, so that it is more convenient to release the mold. It can also be used as a component of rubber protective wax to improve the service life and performance of products.
• Candle: It can be used in the production of candles, which helps to improve the performance of candles, such as improving the hardness and gloss of candles.
