Baling Petrochemical’s epoxy resin CYD-128, model E-51, is characterized by low toxicity, colorless, low viscosity, high purity, low solvent residue and no impurities. Its main technical indexes include epoxy value of 0.41-0.47 EQ/100G, inorganic gas value <0.0008 EQ/100G, organic gas value <0.014 EQ/100G, volatile matter <1.0%, softening point of 12–20°C.

Shangwei Vinyl Resin 901 is a standard Bisphenol A vinyl ester resin for a wide range of applications.
Product Characteristics
- Excellent corrosion resistance: with phenolic skeleton, it can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, salt solutions and organic solvents below 100°C, reaching DERAKANE MOMENTUM 470 – 300 temperature corrosion-resistant level, with strong long-term corrosion resistance.
- Good mechanical properties: pure resin cast body heat distortion temperature HDT of 143 ℃, high temperature with excellent strength, modulus and toughness retention rate, tensile strength of 78 – 90MPa, tensile modulus of 2.9 – 3.4GPa, bending strength of 115 – 140MPa, bending modulus of 3.1 – 3.5GPa.
- Excellent processing performance: medium viscosity, non-pre-promoted, with good fiberglass wettability and operability, suitable for hand-lay-up, winding, pultrusion, casting, RTM and other FRP molding processes.
Product Applications
- Production of corrosion-resistant FRP products: such as FRP tanks, pipes, towers and corrosion-resistant grating, etc., which can be used for storing and transporting corrosive media in chemical, pharmaceutical and electroplating industries.
