Product Characteristics

• Excellent high temperature resistance: the heat distortion temperature is 147 – 153℃, it can effectively perform the characteristics under 153℃, and can be used in equipment and structures that are under high temperature environment for a long time, such as high temperature flue and pipe.
• Strong corrosion resistance: it belongs to the preferred resin for resistance to strong acid, alkali and dry and wet chlorine, it has good resistance to oxidizing acid, strong corrosive organic solvents, etc. It can resist many kinds of chemical erosion including acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances, and it is suitable for highly corrosive environments, such as chemical facilities, offshore platforms, and wastewater treatment plants.
• Good mechanical properties: tensile strength of 76 – 90MPa, tensile modulus of 3.4 – 3.7GPa, with high strength and toughness, can withstand large external forces and impact.
• Excellent adhesion performance: it can be firmly attached to various substrates such as metal, concrete, wood, etc. The high adhesion ensures that the coating is not easy to peel or fall off, and it can be used to make corrosion-resistant FRP and FRP lining on the surfaces of metal structures and concrete structures.
• Good processing performance: light yellow transparent liquid, moderate viscosity of 335±65cps, can be hand-layered, pultruded, winding, spraying and other FRP molding process, the construction process is simple, can be brushed, rolled or sprayed.

Product Applications

• Chemical anticorrosion field: it is used to make corrosion-resistant FRP tanks, pipelines, towers and other equipments, as well as anticorrosive flooring and wall lining of chemical workshops.
• Environmental protection field: it can be used to make anti-corrosion coating and structure of environmental protection equipments such as anti-corrosion coating for garbage pool, chimney of desulfurization tower, etc. It can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
• Other fields: it is suitable for making corrosion-resistant whole FRP products of various specifications, such as storage tanks, tank trucks, etc.; it can also be used for making glass fiber reinforced plastic products, as well as the whole resin mortar flooring, granite acid-resistant silica plate of mastic hooking materials, etc.
