Product Characteristics

• Excellent adhesion: It is a newly developed PP substrate adhesion promoter with excellent adhesion to various PP substrates, such as treated and untreated PP, OPP, BOPP and synthetic paper, etc. It can significantly improve the adhesion effect of coatings, inks, etc. on PP substrates, and it can play a good role in the adhesion to polyolefins under the condition of no surface treatment such as corona treatment and flame treatment.
• Good compatibility: It is compatible with acrylic and alkyd coating systems and can be added directly to these coatings. Meanwhile, it has excellent interlayer adhesion with polyester/melamine baking paints, polyurethane systems and other top coatings, and is also compatible with common chlorinated polypropylene resins and polyurethane resins.
• Stability: The solution has excellent low temperature stability, for example, 30% toluene solution does not freeze from -5℃ to 0℃, so it is suitable for processing and application in various low temperature environments. In addition, it is slightly soluble in 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, and can be used in UV curing systems.
