Product Characteristics

• Excellent adhesion: It is a newly developed PP substrate adhesion promoter with excellent adhesion effect to various PP substrates, such as PP, PP/EPDM, etc. It can significantly improve the adhesion fastness of coatings, inks, etc. on PP substrates without pretreatment such as corona, flame and solvent cleaning of the substrates.
• Good compatibility: It is compatible with acrylic, alkyd and other coating systems, and can be directly added to these coatings, and has excellent interlayer adhesion with polyester/melamine baking paints, polyurethane systems and other top coatings, and is compatible with other chlorinated polypropylene resins, polyurethane resins and so on.
• Good stability: the solution has good low temperature stability, 30% Toluene solution does not freeze from -5℃ to 0℃, which is suitable for processing and application in various low temperature environments. In addition, it is slightly soluble in 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, and can be used in UV curing system

Product Applications

• Coating field: It is used in the primer coating of PP plastics to improve the adhesion between the coating and PP substrate, widely used in the fields of automobile coating, toy coating, architectural coating, etc. It is especially suitable for the coating of PP parts such as automobile bumpers.
• Ink: It is used as adhesion promoter in gravure plastic laminating ink, hot stamping ink, UV ink, etc. It can make the ink adhere more firmly to PP substrate and improve the printing quality.
• Adhesive field: It can be used in plastic composite binder, PP adhesive, etc. It can improve the adhesive performance of adhesive on PP, PET, ABS, PVC and other materials. It can also be used in flocking glue to improve the firmness of flocking.
